We design and implement supermarkets and other retail stores of every size - from a hundred to several thousand square meters. Our clients include several prominent networks such as Fresh, CBA, LIDL, Jednota, as well as individual investors. Since 2008, we have completed 24 reconstructions and 37 new constructions of stores throughout Eastern Slovakia. For each operation, we prioritize not only quality but also the project deadline. Even if it means working continuously, including weekends or nights, we do everything to ensure that the requested opening date is met. We are aware that each day of open operation is a benefit for the investor and their customers. Therefore, our goal is to minimize construction time through efficient planning.

A playground, school, gallery, planetarium, or swimming pool are public sector buildings where we want to joyfully spend our time. We actively participate in public competitions both as a construction company and a design studio to contribute to the quality of public buildings in Slovakia. We are a reliable partner for investors implementing projects funded by European or other funds, as we can handle not only construction but also the demanding administration associated with these projects.

Our cooperation in the healthcare sector began in 2009 with the gradual reconstruction of twelve departments at Šaca Hospital. We repeatedly gained the trust of this client in challenging projects, such as the complete reconstruction of a 1800 m2 obstetrics and gynecology department while fully operational in two phases, without interrupting activities. For the Svet Zdravia hospital network, we have completed over ten departments, including operating rooms, in the cities of Humenné, Trebišov, Rožňava, Vranov nad Topľou, and Michalovce.

We provide comprehensive services for private healthcare facilities. We have designed and implemented the construction of a new dialysis center in Vranov nad Topľou, a new ENT Hospital, as well as a Small Clinic in Humenné.

For private investors planning to build a new corporate headquarters, office spaces, showrooms, or multifunctional facilities, we offer extensive experience and the realization of their construction project as a general contractor. In addition to our own employees, we coordinate the activities and progress of all subcontractors for building systems (water, heating, windows, electrical installations, air conditioning, etc.). We ensure safety and order at the construction site and also manage the smooth progress of the work.

We do not allow incorrect components or low-quality materials to be incorporated into your building. We collaborate only with stable and proven suppliers to deliver the entire project to the customer on time and completely finished (not just 99%). Perhaps this approach is the reason why we succeed in maintaining long-term and successful partnerships with private investors.

A special category of buildings that we are dedicated to is cultural monuments. This primarily involves reconstructions, aligning perfectly with the focus of the Reinter company since its inception. Simultaneously, these buildings provide an opportunity for the full expression of the human potential of our core employees, who are seasoned builders and master the old craft perfectly. In every project, we collaborate and maintain respectful relationships with the relevant heritage authorities. Noteworthy among our implementations are the Zlatý Býk building on the square in Michalovce, the Small Castle in Snina, the Church of the Reformed Church in Turna nad Bodvou, and several buildings in Košice - the Center for Young Reformed People on Pri Miklušovej väznici Street, the facade on the corner of Krmanova Street, our company headquarters on Svätoplukova Street, and others.

We offer comprehensive services to the owners of apartments, ensuring that the reconstruction of their homes is carried out to the necessary extent, quality, and with minimal impact on their wallets, thanks to financing through state loans. Through our in-house design office, we provide a free project and calculation for the required scope of work. For our clients, we prepare an application for a favorable interest-free loan from the State Housing Development Fund. Thorough preparation guarantees our success, and so far, we have had a one hundred percent success rate in our applications. Subsequently, we can proceed to implementation, for which we are well-prepared with our own scaffolding, suspended platforms, and most importantly, trained and experienced workers. During the summer season, we employ over 50 workers on residential buildings. Over the past ten years, we have completed two hundred thousand square meters of facade plastering, replaced two thousand railings, and renovated more than sixty residential buildings.
